🎟️ SkyScreen Events    Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SkyScreen Events, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be flexible while also protecting our team's time and resources. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

✅ Deposit Policy

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

  • The deposit is applied to your total balance and secures your equipment and time slot.

❌ Cancellations

  • More than 7 days before event: You may cancel with no additional charge. Your deposit will be credited toward a future booking within 12 months.

  • Less than 7 days before event: 50% of your total rental fee is due.

  • Less than 48 hours before event or no-show: Full rental fee is non-refundable.

🌧️ Weather Policy

  • If unsafe weather (e.g., rain, high wind) is forecasted, we allow one free reschedule within 12 months of the original date.

  • Cancellations due to weather must be made at least 4 hours before scheduled setup time.

  • Refunds are not given for weather-related cancellations — only credits for future rescheduling.

🔄 Reschedule Policy

  • You may reschedule your event once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Additional reschedules are subject to a $25 rebooking fee.

💸 Refund Eligibility

  • No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered.

  • Refunds for overpayment, duplicate charges, or billing errors will be processed within 5–7 business days.
