Terms & Conditions

By booking services with SkyScreen Events, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and safe rental experience for both parties.

1. Rental Agreement

Client agrees to rent inflatable movie screen(s), projector(s), sound system(s), and any optional add-ons from SkyScreen Events for the date and location specified at time of booking.

2. Payment Terms

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

  • Remaining balance is due at or before event setup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • SkyScreen Events accepts payments via credit card, debit card, cash, or electronic transfer (Venmo/Zelle).

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Refer to our Refund Policy for full cancellation, rescheduling, and weather-related terms.

4. Weather Policy

SkyScreen Events reserves the right to cancel setup due to unsafe weather conditions including rain, lightning, or wind exceeding 15 mph. Clients may reschedule once without penalty (see Refund Policy).

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, flat, and accessible space for setup (grass or pavement, minimum 15x15 ft for 14ft screen, 25x20 ft for 20ft screen).

  • Provide access to power within 100 feet or arrange for generator rental.

  • Ensure supervision of guests to prevent damage to equipment.

  • Refrain from operating other devices (sprinklers, fog machines, etc.) during the event without prior approval.

6. Damage & Liability

  • The Client is responsible for all damage, theft, or loss of SkyScreen Events’ equipment while on-site.

  • A fee may be charged for repairs or replacement of damaged items.

  • SkyScreen Events is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage caused by misuse of equipment or unsafe setup environments.

7. Equipment Use

  • Equipment is operated solely by SkyScreen Events staff unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Client may not move or adjust screen, projector, or sound equipment after setup is complete.

8. Media Content

Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary licensing or permissions to publicly display copyrighted movies, sporting events, or shows. SkyScreen Events does not provide content.

9. Photo & Video Release

SkyScreen Events may take event photos/videos for marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

​

10. Force Majeure

SkyScreen Events shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, or other events beyond our control.

11. Agreement to Terms

Booking with SkyScreen Events constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to all terms outlined above. A digital or signed copy of this agreement is legally binding.
